Cafe autonomous scrubber provider with Navia Robotics today: Vacuum 40 is the best commercial autonomous vacuuming robot on the market. It’s built to last, it’s a workhorse that can handle 12,000ft² per hour of vacuuming, and has a cavernous 3 gallon dust bin to handle large areas without interruption. Features a rich plethora of sensors, including LIDAR, 3D Depth cameras, 3D ToF sensors, anti-drop sensors and collision sensors to ensure it doesn’t get lost and avoids all obstacles. Vacuum 40 is the ultimate robot vacuum system that packs a rotating side-brush to get right up to the edge of the walls. With the advanced suite of sensors, you’re guaranteed to have a clean floor with no gaps by the wall. The powerful 24kPa suction power is stronger than most corded vacuum cleaners, meaning your floors will be cleaner than a floor that’s been manually vacuumed. The medical grade H13 HEPA filter ensures that the finest allergens and dust are not kicked up while vacuuming, meaning the air will be purer after running the vacuum than before. BellaBot comes with four large trays that can each accommodate two typical dinner plates, or one large specialty plate. With a capacity of 22.5lbs per tray, one trip with BellaBot can carry loads that would take 2 to 4 workers to carry over, how’s that for efficiency? All the while, it can deliver them carefully with the advanced built-in wheel suspension that allows it to glide over small bumps and cracks on the floor. BellaBot features the most advanced sensor package on the market today, with several optical infrared cameras, four IR illuminators, a LIDAR sensor and bump sensors to avoid obstacles and ensure it never gets lost unlike the majority of other robots out there. There are even four motion sensors on each of the four trays to determine if the food on a given tray has been emptied…it is intelligent enough to go to the next table when the tray is emptied without any human interaction.
Navia Robotics is developing flexible, network communication schemes for robots to directly communicate with other robots within the same network to quickly calculate the shortest route and make rapid decisions. Such ad-hoc networking system reduces the overhead of a centralized computing system and allows individuals robots to make decisions on the fly. The service robot nearest to the point of demand can make its way over without affecting the operation or scheduling of other robots in the area.
HolaBot comes with a paging function, a watch sized device to automatically page the robot to your location to save time by not having to track down the robot when you need it. Just wave your hand above the sensor on the top of the HolaBot unit to have the robot return to its base. No need to touch the return button if your hands are wet or dirty. Voice Recognition: Simply call out “Hola Hola” and the HolaBot robot will turn around upon arrival for easy loading and unloading.
BellaBot features an industry exclusive dual SLAM solution for accurate location positioning and obstacle avoidance. Most other solutions only utilize either a laser SLAM solution or a visual SLAM solution, but our latest BellaBot utilizes both to provide the highest levels of positional accuracy in the industry. That means whether you have a dozen tables or a hundred, BellaBot will be able to go to the correct table consistently, making your job easier and not having to worry about any mix-ups with customers. We’ve had the gracious opportunity to deploy numerous KettyBot units in the field and get feedback from many different restaurants on what the saw as the best case use scenarios for the KettyBot in their establishments. As the carrying capacity of the KettyBot is a bit on the smallish side, it’s ideal for smaller restaurants and cafes to use it for delivering food to tables and fit in tighter aisles, but for larger establishments, the KettyBot’s tray dimensions are usually a limiting factor. On the other hand, it has a large screen up front to display pictures and videos of the latest dishes and to promote upcoming events and sales, so larger restaurant owners have taken it upon themselves to try out the KettyBot to take patrons to their tables.
KettyBot is our reception and greeting specialist robot. With a large 18.5″ display screen, it can cruise around the entrance displaying marketing ads, escort guests to their table all the while retaining the ability to carry loads in the built-in trays. It’s capable of AI voice interaction with guests to catch their attention and impress! KettyBot in Action! Compact Design for Tight Spaces: KettyBot is our smallest service robot and with its round footprint and forward-leaning body shape, it can navigate between spaces just 22″ wide, making it an ideal choice in crowded and tight environments.
Advanced algorithms for obstacle avoidance are implemented to ensure the safety of those around the robot. In addition to LIDAR, multiple visual sensors are implemented to go beyond simple 2D perception and ensure accurate detection in 3D perception…including any blind spots. Pudubot obstacle avoidance capability: 3D Obstacle Avoidance Compared to traditional 2D radar, 3D stereoscopic sensors can quickly model the surrounding environment with depth perception to greatly reduce the probability of collision.
